Travel RN - Endoscopy

Location: Plano, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 4-5 days per month, including 1 weekend per month. Work schedule will include 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN specializing in Endoscopy. This role involves working in a dynamic unit focused on providing high-quality patient care during various endoscopic procedures. The candidate should be proficient in advanced endoscopic techniques and ready to participate in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and endoscopy techs to maintain efficient operations in the endoscopy unit.
• Assist with various procedures, including ERCP, EUS, Bronchoscopy, and EGD/Colonoscopy.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for patient safety and endoscope reprocessing.
• Participate in on-call duties, providing support as needed during night shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, ION/Bronchoscopy/EBUS.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Meditech.
