Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,842 to $1,930 per week Guaranteed hours: 35 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Travel – temporary assignment Setting: Rural hospital-based rehabilitation department serving inpatients and outpatients Responsibilities Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, contributing to mobility, strength, and functional recovery Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed Utilize evidence-based PT methods to address orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions; support gait training, range of motion, strength, and functional activities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team (including nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy) to coordinate care, discharge planning, and, when appropriate, home health visits Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, progress expectations, and post-discharge strategies to support ongoing recovery Requirements Active physical therapy license in Montana or eligibility to practice in Montana Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team Eligible for a 13-week travel assignment and able to work the listed Day shift in a rural hospital setting Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Housing assistance Extension opportunities Fast credentialing Nationwide assignments Dedicated support throughout the assignment Weekly pay range of $1,842 to $1,930 per week PAY DISCLAIMER RULE Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
