Lead HVAC Installer

Description:

Holbrook Heating is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have strong residential and light commercial installation experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to complete installations safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC installation projects from start to completion
Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
Review job requirements and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available
Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes
Complete required job documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical components, and installation procedures
Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Must be dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
