Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses 100% employer-paid employee health insurance premiums Dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement Gym membership reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral bonuses Professional development opportunities Stable, year-round work What You'll Do Install and retrofit residential HVAC systems Work in existing homes, custom homes, and multifamily properties Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans Install equipment and ductwork to manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide quality solutions Maintain a safe and organized work environment Deliver workmanship you can be proud of while providing excellent customer service Continue learning and growing through ongoing training opportunities What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience EPA Certification (Required) Valid Driver's License (Required) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable and self-motivated Team-oriented mindset Pride in producing quality work Commitment to safety and professionalism Physical Requirements Ability to safely work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, rooftops, and confined spaces Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds Ability to safely navigate uneven terrain and elevated work areas Schedule Monday–Friday Overtime available Work Location: On the road throughout our service area You're More Than a Number Here.
