What you will do at Sogeti:

\n
• Architect and oversee the implementation of modern Data Platform solutions
\n
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions.
\n
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for data platform initiatives, proactively identifying risks, removing technical blockers, and accelerating delivery
\n
• Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, metadata management practices, and enterprise data standards.
\n
• Collaborate with AI, analytics, and reporting teams to ensure data platforms support advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI use cases.
\n

What you will bring:

\n
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
\n
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and modern cloud data platforms.
\n
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Fabric or similar modern data platforms
\n
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS data Services
\n
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management principles
\n
• Experience working in the Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, manufacturing or related industry is nice to have
\n
• Experience working in a global consulting organization is preferred
\n

Education:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
\n

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 135k-175K

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
