Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Georgia license or compact license required
• Previous home health experience required
• Experience with HCHB required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Productivity requirement: Minimum of 30 units
• Coverage area includes Baldwin, Putnam, Hancock, Wilkinson, and Washington counties
