Youth Housing & Transition Coach

The Jewish Board seeks a Housing Specialist to work with youths in Kaplan House and Cedar Knolls House, assisting with securing appropriate housing and supporting transitions after foster care. You will collaborate with Youth Empowerment Coaches to provide intensive coaching, education, and career development opportunities.
