Position Summary The General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work. Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programsMonitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient methodMonitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employeesPrepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant informationQualificationsQualificationsMinimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experienceNCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)Supervisory experience (Preferred)Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
