AI & Data Science Intern

AssistNow is seeking a motivated AI & Data Science Intern to support enterprise data conversion projects and AI-driven automation initiatives. This is a paid, client-facing internship offering hands-on experience in data migration, artificial intelligence, analytics, and Workday-related solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Support data extraction, profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities for enterprise data migration projects.
• Develop and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines, validation scripts, and data quality processes.
• Assist with data mapping, reconciliation, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve data mapping, anomaly detection, and process automation.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
• Contribute to AI-powered automation tools and reusable project assets.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming and data manipulation skills.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and AI/LLM technologies is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Duration: 3 Months
• Employment Type: Paid Internship
• Location: Remote / Bentonville, AR
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Compensation: USD 2,500 per month
