Key Responsibilities of the ICU Registered Nurse

• Provide expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and families
• Collaborate with providers, staff, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Assume responsibility and accountability for nursing care provided in the ICU

Requirements of the ICU Registered Nurse

• 2+ years of ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS certifications required
• PALS or ENPC certification required
• CCRN certification preferred
• CO or Compact nursing license required
