Efficiency and Automation Analyst (EAA) – Journeyman 

Work Location: Washington, DC 

Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level 

Department: Administrative and Logistics Support 

CGS is seeking a skilled Efficiency and Automation Analyst (EAA) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. 

Skills and attributes for success: 

• Design and deploy automated workflows using low/no-code platforms and scripting tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. 

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. 

• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. 

• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. 

• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. 

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
