Every day you will provide education, support, and direction before, during, and after diagnosis, collaborating with treatment teams to address physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs by mitigating barriers to care. To be successful, you will enhance the patient experience by connecting them to appropriate resources, demonstrating compassionate communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to holistic support.Provide comprehensive patient and family support: Coordinate care, educate on disease and treatment, and offer emotional and practical support throughout the care continuum.Conduct clinical assessments, manage symptoms, and triage needs: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, evaluate presenting symptoms, assess pain, and manage treatment-related symptoms.
