Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR Provide your own equipment, including smart devices and blood pressure monitor Treat hospice patients Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy New graduate applicants and experienced therapists are welcome Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist Job Type PRN (pro re nata – as needed) A PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool of therapists who work on a per‑diem basis. PRN therapists receive patient assignments when the organization needs an extra therapist to meet demand. PRN work offers flexibility, a range of settings, and the opportunity for high rates of pay. PRN Therapist Role Overview Flexible schedule: choose when to work and accept or decline cases based on availability. Variety of settings: work in assisted living facilities and residential homes, gaining experience across diverse patient populations.
