Job Description

We are currently supporting a rapidly growing, privately owned integrated Owner/Developer/Builder in their search for a talented and ambitious Field Engineer to join their team in the DC area. The client we support has a reputation of hiring the best in the industry, developing staff internally and providing a platform to build some very exciting projects such as the current 300+ unit podium they have in the pipeline.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day site operations and project coordination.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.
  
• Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and jobsite progress.
  
• Support the Superintendent and Project Manager with inspections, documentation, and issue resolution.
  

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of construction experience in multi-family construction.
  
• Strong experience in wood-frame projects.
  
• Familiarity with key construction software such as Procore/Bluebeam.
  
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail. xhyhwjd
