We also support aftermarket upgrades with certified modification kits and digital cabin signage to improve the passenger experience.Be part of our talented team and start soaring to new heights!JOB SUMMARYThe Engineering Systems Specialist is responsible for the support, administration, and expansion of Windchill PLM and CATIA CAD tools across Boeing Encore Interiors Aerospace. This role ensures that day-to-day engineering system functionality is reliable, efficient, and aligned with business and engineering needs.The Engineering Systems Specialist works closely with the IT Director to support tool expansion initiatives and partner with Engineering department leads to ensure system performance targets are understood and achieved.SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES – Essential Functions(Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested.)Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions· Work within support ticket system to troubleshoot open end user issues as Tier1/2 support focal point on a daily basis· Communicate daily with Boeing Encore Interiors end users on status and progress of open support issues and projects· Communicate and follow up with Boeing Encore Interiors software partners on open Tier 3 and above support issues· Follow established engineering systems project plan to expand deployment and usage of Windchill PLMo For example, work on the day to day roll out of engineering standards for Windchill usageo For example, deploy new search reports that meet requirements specific to end user needso For example, update and/or modify Workflows specific to process needs· Follow established engineering systems project plan to expand deployment and usage of CATIA CADo For example, work on the day to day roll out of engineering standards for CATIA usageo For example, deploy new drafting standards that meet requirements specific to end user needs· Capture and document support projects from end users and add to Engineering systems project list· Capture and document support tickets from end users and add to Engineering systems support ticket systemGENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and ExperienceEducation:· Bachelor's Degree in Programming, Computer Science or related fieldExperience:3+ years' experience in Windchill PLM Administration and Support· 1+ years' experience as end userExperience providing CAD systems supportExperience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of PLM systemsExperience in technical documentationExperience in end user support or customer supportSkills:Sound understanding of PLM systems preferably WindchillSound understanding of CAD systems preferably CATIA Outstanding communication skills Attention to detailPreferred Skills/Experience:End user support Technical DocumentationOther: Extended or irregular hours may be required.
