Shifts: Sunday - Wednesday AND Wednesday - Saturday

Nock Fulfillments is looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day flow of our fast-paced fulfillment operation.

You’ll oversee the team responsible for getting orders picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. But this role is about more than moving orders out the door. You’ll coach your team, track performance, solve problems, improve processes, and help create an operation where people know what’s expected and have what they need to succeed.

We’re looking for someone who can lead from the floor, not just from behind a desk . When volume picks up, you’re comfortable jumping in alongside your team and helping get the job done.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily picking, packing, fulfillment, and shipping operations
• Assign work and adjust priorities based on order volume and deadlines
• Coach, train, and support team members throughout the shift
• Monitor productivity, order accuracy, attendance, and team performance
• Track KPIs including order volume, orders per hour, error rates, and on-time shipping
• Keep orders moving and quickly address backlogs, errors, or operational roadblocks
• Oversee shipping and carrier pickups, including USPS, UPS, and freight
• Partner with Inventory, Customer Service, Operations, and other teams to resolve issues
• Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety requirements, and product handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and productivity
• Provide regular performance and operational updates to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Confidence managing employee performance, productivity, and accountability
• Experience working with KPIs and production targets
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using warehouse, shipping, inventory, and other operational systems

Even Better If You Have

• Experience with WMS platforms, XoroOne/Xorosoft, ShipStation, or Shopify
• Background in fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, or production management
• Experience in hemp/cannabis, food manufacturing, or another regulated environment
• Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience

A Few Physical Requirements

This is an active leadership role in a fast-paced warehouse. You’ll regularly move throughout warehouse and production areas, spend time standing and walking, and also perform computer-based work. You should be comfortable with bending, reaching, repetitive movement, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
