Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising electricians, coordinating daily jobsite operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to code. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys mentoring electricians, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule. What You’ll Do Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Plan and coordinate daily work assignments for electricians and apprentices Ensure all work meets NEC code, project specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades Conduct jobsite safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work environment Track materials, labor, and daily job progress Train and mentor team members to support skill development What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work Foreman or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and NEC code Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity on job sites Valid electrician license preferred Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career advancement and leadership development Supportive team environment Join the Veracity Electric Team At Veracity Electric, we believe our people make the difference.
