Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
• Manage reservations, including making new bookings, modifying existing ones, and processing cancellations.
• Process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Shift:

Part-Time 3 PM-11 PM
