Snack Bar Attendant

Hours: Shifts are 6:00am-11:30am and 11:300am-4:30pm. These shifts are available both weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Welcome each guest personally, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Must know food, cocktail, beer and wine menu as well as daily specials. Take orders from guests and serve with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes. Record orders accurately and immediately after receipt onto the register system and use proper cash handling procedures. Ensure that all guests receive their orders in a timely manner. Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and drinks for patrons. Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the snack bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to O’Neill’s Restaurant Manager. Assist the restocking and replenishment of snack bar inventory and supplies. Position Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar capacity Must have some knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food Must possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Must have basic math skills Must be 21 years of age and possess Food Handlers card and RBS Certification or be willing to obtain within 30/60 days of employment Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club
