RSM is seeking a Director of Financial Investigations & Dispute Advisory Services to be part of RSM's National Risk Consulting practice. As a Director, you will serve as a key member, taking substantial responsibility in performing analytical and investigative services for major law firms, corporations, corporate counsel, and management of companies involved in complex litigation, dispute services, and financial and fraud investigations. You will also serve legal counsel, audit committees, government agencies, regulators, corporate boards, insurance companies, law enforcement, and other entities.
Overview of Job
The Director will collaborate and represent the Firm's services lines—including Risk Advisory Services, Technology Services, other Financial Advisory Services, Audit, and Tax—to clients and prospects, working across regions as a collaborator and leader within the integrated National Financial Investigations and Dispute Advisory Services team. You will have substantial responsibility in overseeing client service delivery of solutions covering forensic and litigation service offerings to clients such as law firms, insurance companies, banks, corporate counsel, audit committees, government agencies, regulators, and corporate boards. This role requires industry knowledge, experience, depth of technical knowledge, and strong collaborative expertise to add value and provide executive leadership. You will assist in developing business plans, lead and perform tasks outlined in those plans, and execute the practice strategy aligned with regional and national expectations to drive growth for the Firm. To accomplish national consulting expectations, you will support the National Consulting Services line of business as needed.

Additional Experience
- Prior experience in managing and directing forensic investigative efforts related to complex commercial litigation, lost profits, commercial damages, insurance coverage disputes, business disputes, and valuation disputes
- Desired experience with intellectual property infringement litigation, bankruptcy matters, and other related business matters

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. We offer flexibility in your schedule, empowering you to balance life’s demands while maintaining the ability to serve clients. Compensation Range: $134,000 – $269,000.
