Senior Finance Real Estate Attorney (Private Lenders)

Job Overview Senior Transactional Real Estate Attorney – Permanent Position Responsibilities Draft and negotiate complex real estate transaction documents. Prepare and manage loan documents and closing statements for New York banks and private lenders. Work with a high volume of loan documentation to support real estate transactions. Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to execute real estate finance cases. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (preferred) or New York. Minimum 2–10 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex real estate transaction documents. Extensive experience with loan documents for NY clientele (banks or private lenders) and closing statements. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong ethical and professional standards.
