Saint Luke's is offering a 10-week paid Medical Assistant Cohort Program designed to provide the education, hands-on training, and support needed to become a successful Medical Assistant.Upon successful completion of the cohort, participants will transition into a full-time Medical Assistant position with our Float Pool. This opportunity allows you to apply the skills learned during the program while becoming an integral part of a primary care team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.What You'll LearnParticipants will receive comprehensive training in:Medical TerminologyAnatomy & PhysiologyBody SystemsPharmacologyMedication AdministrationPatient Safety & Infection ControlBasic Life Support (BLS) CertificationCustomer Service & Patient Care ExcellenceProgram StructureWeeks 1-5: Classroom instruction and skills developmentWeeks 5-8: Hands-on clinical training with an instructorWeeks 9-10: Orientation and training within your assigned home clinic alongside a Success CoachAttendance RequirementThis is an intensive full-time training program. Attendance is mandatory Monday through Friday throughout the entire 10-week cohort.
