Your responsibilities will include executing work orders and apartment turnovers (includes painting) promptly and efficiently, ensuring all maintenance operations run smoothly. You'll perform routine maintenance tasks and conduct daily inspections of the property, identifying any potential issues before they escape. To excel as a Maintenance Associate at BNE Real Estate Group, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in property management or relevant maintenance fields. Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Yardi, is essential for effective communication and task management. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, coupled with strong organizational skills and excellent time management, will help you succeed in this fast‑paced role. Knowledge of property management regulations and laws is crucial for compliance, as is a strong customer service orientation to ensure resident satisfaction. Additionally, candidates should be prepared to work in varying environmental conditions, maintain punctual attendance, and participate in the emergency on‑call program (rotating). A valid Driver's License is also required.
