Job Posting: Senior Manager, Communications Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Communications, to join our global Corporate Communications department. This role is critical in developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies that effectively convey Kontoor Brands' global strategy to our internal organization as well as building and maintaining strong media relationships while enhancing Kontoor Brands' reputation and visibility through external relations with various stakeholders including media, local communities, industry groups, and partners. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison with internal partners to deliver compelling narratives that engage, inform, and align our workforce with company objectives and serve as a key spokesperson and relationship builder, crafting compelling narratives that enhance our brand reputation and protect our business interests across all external channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Communication Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with Kontoor Brands' global business strategy and objectives Collaborate extensively across corporate functions including HR, Legal, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure coordinated support for all necessary internal communications Work closely with business leaders to understand priorities and translate complex strategic initiatives into clear, compelling internal messaging Partner with global teams to ensure consistent messaging across all markets and regions while supporting local communication needs Support change management initiatives through strategic communication planning and execution in partnership with relevant stakeholders Content Development & Writing Craft high-quality written communications including executive messages, company announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and presentation materials Ensure all internal communications maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and strategic alignment Channel Management & Optimization Oversee and optimize internal communication channels including intranet platforms, email communications, and virtual/in-person forums Analyze communication effectiveness through metrics, surveys, and feedback mechanisms Continuously improve communication processes and tools to enhance reach and engagement Education and Additional Skills: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field 8-10 years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field Exceptional writing and editing skills with proven ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and communication channels Strong strategic thinking capabilities with ability to translate business strategy into actionable communication plans Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Proficiency in communication platforms, content management systems, and digital communication tools Strong analytical skills with experience measuring communication effectiveness Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field Experience in retail, consumer goods, or fashion industry Global or multi-market communication experience Crisis communication experience Leadership Competencies Expected for this Role Evolving Leader: Global Agility: Leads Diverse Teams, adapts amidst ambiguity Purposeful Integrity: Leads with values, earns team's trust, handles conflicts ethically Strategic Foresight: Connects teamwork to business strategy Customer Centric Innovation: Leads improvements rooter in customer needs Urgency for Impact: Drive priorities forward with pace and purpose Bold Accountability: Set high standards and model responsibility Why Kontoor Brands?
