Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must be licensed in NH & VT.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Agency-level auto insurance required.
