Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Dialysis unit. This position requires a minimum of two years of nursing experience and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.Day ShiftCurrent Wisconsin Nursing LicenseAHA Provider Level BLS CertificationAHA Provider Level ACLS CertificationEducation verificationMinimum of 2 years of nursing experienceUtilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in providing care to patients.Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, procedures, and standards of care.Document care in accordance with established standards.Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by the physician and aligned with hospital policy, including patient and family education.Participate in departmental or unit performance improvement activities, which may include shared governance.Utilize clinical expertise to support other departments in executing patients' longitudinal care plans.Apply critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating concerns to the appropriate chain of command when necessary.Holiday coverage is required for this position.Client Details Address 1000 Mineral Point Ave City Janesville State WI Zip Code 53548
