Build What Lasts as a GMAW Fabrication Specialist
Location: Weatherford, TX
Pay: $19–21/hr
Join a team where precision and safety drive everything we do. You’ll fabricate and assemble metal structures using MIG (GMAW) processes, translating blueprints into accurate, high-quality work. Success in this role comes from sharp attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the flexibility to work independently or shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates.
A Day in the Shop- Set up welding equipment and choose correct materials for each assignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan each weld.
- Execute MIG welds in flat, vertical, and overhead positions to spec.
- Verify weld quality, dimensions, and conformance to standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment.
- Keep the work area orderly and compliant with safety requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 2+ years of hands-on MIG welding experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a physically demanding environment.

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
