Key Responsibilities Assisting Crew Lead in plan review Ability to perform installs from conduit to roof Ability to run through electrical wires Installing DC and AC equipment per plans and local codes Commissions PV systems safely Assisting Crew Lead to keep installers on task Assisting with system designs and procurement for residential systems Performing other duties as assigned by the Crew Lead and/or Regional Operations Manager (ROM) Requirements Valid Apprentice Electrical License required Valid CO Driver’s License required Valid OSHA 10 required; (OSHA 30 preferred) 2-3 years of solar installation experience required Ability to be a leader Electrical experience strongly recommended Prior experience as a crew lead strongly preferred Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs and climb ladders Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
