Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist

Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: West Chester, PA (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch) or 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for technical and professional positions.
- Source qualified candidates using online recruiting tools, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
- Provide candidates with accurate information about the company, client, and available opportunities.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate records.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Technical, Engineering, IT, Programming, and Professional candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Prior experience recruiting for Technical and IT positions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in VMS environments.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience recruiting for nationwide, multi-location positions.
- Proficiency in internet sourcing, social media recruiting, and online talent databases.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in full-cycle Technical Recruiting is required.
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, IT, Programming, and Professional roles is highly preferred.
- Experience using ATS and VMS platforms is required.
