- Retail Store Associate (Full Time)Austin, TX 78758## OverviewSalary Range$15.00 Hourly## DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Brand Ambassador to become part of our Over The Top Cake Supplies team!**Responsibilities:*** Greet Customers* Identify customer needs* Explain products and services to customers* Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock* Enter and process customer orders* Investigate and resolve customer complaints* Assist with birthday parties and kid camps## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment* Ability to build rapport with customers* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Previous experience in decorating (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)**Pay Information:*** $15/hour* Paid Time Off after 60 days* 401k and employer match after 1 year of service* Company paid short term disability and Life/AD&D
