- Handle a high volume of inquiries from case managers and clients, providing timely support and thorough documentation
- Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance required
- Prior accounting experience through work, internships, or coursework
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Salary Range: $45,000-$49,920
