The Director of Clinical Services is a licensed clinical leader in Oregon responsible for overseeing behavioral healthcare inpatient operations. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. Emphasizing inpatient treatment and coordinated care across the continuum, the director fosters a strong clinical culture and leads a medium-sized clinical team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for inpatient behavioral healthcare services
• Manage and develop a diverse clinical team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Foster a strong, collaborative clinical culture
• Coordinate patient care across the continuum of treatment settings
• Partner effectively with operational leadership to improve clinical outcomes
• Promote continuous quality improvement and outcome measurement

 

Required Qualifications

• Independent Oregon state clinical licensure
• Master’s degree level education

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in behavioral healthcare
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Expertise in clinical leadership and behavioral health
• Strong skills in team management and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability in patient care coordination
• Commitment to quality improvement, effective communication, and collaboration
