Associate VP, Human Resources & Equity Strategy

Tacoma Community College seeks an Associate Vice President for Human Resources (AVP‑HR) to lead and align HR strategies with the college’s goals. The role oversees payroll, benefits, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention while promoting equity and inclusive practices.
