Your job is to use that system to make salespeople measurably better, week after week. The job in one sentence You coach restoration-industry salespeople who've completed BDA's sales training, and you turn that training into sustained field performance through disciplined weekly coaching. Experience we're looking for A track record of success in B2B sales, ideally consultative and referral-driven. Five or more years is ideal. Familiarity with a defined sales methodology such as Sandler or SPIN is a strong plus. Comfort with CRM platforms and AI-assisted analysis tools. Restoration-industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.
