Product Specialist

Collect and organize customer feedback. Participate in customer demonstrations and discovery sessions. Document user needs and enhancement requests. Product Documentation Create user stories and requirements documentation. Maintain product release notes. Product Support Activities Assist with backlog management. Support testing and validation activities. Track enhancement requests and product issues. Help develop product collateral and feature sheets. Support proposal and RFP responses. Assist with demonstration preparation. Market Research Track competitors and industry trends. Research emerging technologies and features. Maintain competitive intelligence information. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Implementation, Customer Success, or related roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Experience with SaaS software. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
