We at PrimeStaffHR are seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Onsite Supervisor to serve as the primary liaison between our staffing agency, our client, and our temporary workforce. This position will support operations across three client facilities located in Eastvale and Ontario and will play a key role in ensuring both client satisfaction and employee success.

The Onsite Supervisor will provide daily support to employees and client management, assist with staffing needs, coordinate employee onboarding activities, monitor attendance and timekeeping, and handle workplace injury reporting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the staffing agency, client management, and assigned employees.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and workforce personnel.
• Assist with fulfilling staffing requests and position orders as needed.
• Support employee onboarding by welcoming new hires, directing them to their assigned departments, and providing instruction on time clock procedures.
• Register new employees in the timekeeping system.
• Monitor employee attendance and ensure employees are consistently clocking in and out correctly.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of all assigned client facilities to ensure employee engagement and support.
• Complete and submit workplace injury reports and coordinate communication regarding incidents occurring at any of the three client sites.
• Maintain accurate records related to attendance, onboarding, employee concerns, and incident reporting.
• Provide ongoing updates to the Fontana Branch team and maintain clear, consistent communication regarding staffing levels, employee performance, attendance issues, and client needs.
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure employees and clients receive prompt support and solutions.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or supervision preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities across multiple locations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer programs, email, and data entry.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Eastvale and Ontario client facilities throughout the workday.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of employee onboarding and timekeeping systems.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System - Tempworks)
