Pharmacy - Pharmacist Inpatient

Candidate will be scheduled to cover all five Premier Health Infusion Centers:

Miami Valley Hospital Greenville, Greenville, OH. 7am‑3:30pm
Miami Valley Hospital Troy, Troy, OH. 7:30am‑4pm
Miami Valley Hospital North, Englewood, OH. 7am‑3:30pm, 8:30pm‑5pm
Miami Valley Hospital South, Centerville, OH. 7am‑3:30pm, 9am‑5:30pm
Miami Valley Hospital Middletown, Middletown, OH. 8am‑4:30pm

All locations are Monday‑Friday. No weekends will be required.

Qualifications

PharmD and RPh certifications required.
EPIC required; EPIC Beacon preferred.
IV compounding experience required.
Compounding pharmacy work setting preferred.

Work Terms

RTO Request: RTO to be requested at initial submittal; no RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval at the manager’s discretion. Submittal email must include the application; other certifications are not needed if listed on the application.
