Through a Business‑in‑a‑Box platform MedCBO provides revenue cycle management, accounting, human resources, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. Position Overview This is a non‑employed, independent practice opportunity for physicians who want clinical autonomy with structured operational support for non‑clinical functions of their own practice. Physicians own and operate their practice entity, while MedCBO supplies administrative and operational services. Physician Responsibilities Provide patient care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Coordinate payer credentialing through MedCBO Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation (EHR, telehealth, clinical workflow systems) Credentialing, enrollment, and facility privileging coordination Supply‑chain and vendor coordination Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice Board Certified or Board Eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services provided Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice Interest in the independent practice model Preferred Desire for practice ownership Community‑based care interest Leadership or program development interest Location Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed and subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is not a salary; it is generated by the physician‑owned practice.
