Site Coordinator –  Location: Swedesboro, Logan  Pay Rate: $25.00–$28.00/hour Schedule: Friday- Sunday , 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Must be able to work Weekends!

About the Role We are seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused Site Coordinator to support daily operations at a busy retail logistics facility in Logan Township, NJ 08085.

The Site Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between employees, site leadership, and our staffing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with employees, solving problems, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in staffing, workforce coordination, manufacturing, warehouse operations, HR, or a related field
• The ability to work weekends as needed 
• strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working directly with employees and management
• strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Devault, PA
• bilingual preferred English/Spanish is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily staffing and workforce activities at the manufacturing site
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and site leadership
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
• Communicate staffing needs, schedule changes, and operational updates
• Address employee questions, concerns, and day-to-day issues
• Maintain accurate employee and staffing records
• Partner with supervisors and management to ensure staffing needs are met
• Help identify and resolve attendance and workforce challenges
• Support safety, quality, and company policy initiatives
• Conduct regular check-ins with employees and supervisors
• Assist with reporting, workforce tracking, and other administrative responsibilities
• Support occasional Saturday operations when business needs require
