Quality Compliance Specialist

Overview Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Deviation Investigator to join their team. As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the manufacturing and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Job Title: Quality Compliance Specialist Location: Location: Greenville, NC 9100% onsite) Pay Range: Pay Range: $40 to $50 p/h on W-2 Duration: 6+ month contract What’s the Job? Identify and document deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, or regulatory guidelines. Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause of deviations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Maintain accurate and detailed records of all deviations, investigations, and CAPAs. Prepare and present deviation reports to management and regulatory authorities as required. What’s Needed? Experience in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, or medical fields. Strong attention to detail, technical writing, and analytical skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
