Job Overview:

The Sales Professional is responsible for driving revenue by converting leads into sales and building lasting customer relationships. In this role, you will guide customers through the purchase of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and other premium wellness products, delivering a personalized experience that helps customers find the right products for their lifestyle.

Compensation: $30,000 Annual Base Salary, with Total Annual Earning potential of $100,000–$150,000.

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into sales while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Educate customers on hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related wellness products to help identify the best solutions for their needs.
• Follow up with leads promptly through phone, text, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through purchase.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Accurately track sales activity and customer interactions using company systems and processes.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-merchandised showroom, including product replenishment and general upkeep.
• Participate in occasional customer site visits as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established sales and operational processes.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall showroom and business goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in a high-ticket, consultative environment (furniture, automotive, luxury retail, home improvement, or similar) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed goals
• Comfortable with a commission-driven pay structure
• Ability to work weekends and peak retail hours
• Basic tech comfort (POS/CRM systems)
• A professional, polished presentation
