Our beautiful roller-skating facility, located at 2270 W. County Line Road, Jackson Township, NJ 08527 , features roller and inline skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties in town! We are looking for a motivated and dependable General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency and profitability, manage P&L responsibilities, develop and implement marketing strategies, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and profitable performance. Manage all P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and customer engagement. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting. Strong operational background with staff management and development experience. Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment industries. Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
