HVAC Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs, evaluate existing systems, and recommend the right HVAC solutions Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and job details, ensuring all information is properly documented in the CRM Guide customers through the sales process, building trust and delivering a high-level customer experience Maintain consistent communication with customers from first meeting through installation Manage your sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, estimates, and tracking job progress Coordinate with the install team to ensure clear scope, accurate job details, and a smooth, well-executed project Qualifications: Experience in in-home sales, home services, or a related field (5 years preferred) Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through on appointments Comfortable working in the field and inside customers’ homes What we bring to the table: Industry-leading commission structure with strong earning potential Bonus opportunities based on performance Take-home company vehicle Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, and more) Paid training and ongoing development Flexible schedule with pre-booked appointments What you bring to the table: Adaptability: You adjust to different customers, homes, and situations without missing a beat Care: You focus on what’s best for the customer, not just closing the deal Communication: You keep customers and the team informed clearly and consistently Drive: You stay motivated to improve, earn more, and win as part of a team Can you help people make the right call for their home?
