Position: Customer Service Administrator Location: Battleboro, NC Job Id: 119 # of Openings: 1 Customer Service Administrator Position Summary: The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing professional and timely administrative and customer service support to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position serves as an important point of contact between customers, Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and other internal departments, providing front-desk support at the Poppies Battleboro location. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: The Customer Service Administrator supports the daily order management process, including entering and maintaining customer orders, monitoring order status, communicating changes or issues, maintaining accurate customer and order information, and assisting with customer inquiries. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Administrator is also responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting department processes, identifying and communicating potential issues, and providing backup support to the Customer Service team as needed. The position plays a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring that customer needs are addressed accurately and professionally. Duties Include: Process Customer POs in ERP System. (Sales Orders and Invoices) Invoice customer POs in External Web Portals Create hard copies of customers' POs for filing Maintain traceable filing for customers and their PO's Update weekly reports for Sales Department Communicate with Sales Department concerning accounts Communicate with external warehouses concerning accounts Any other duties that are asked pertaining to Customer Service Serve as the first point of contact for Poppies Battleboro: answer main phone line and greet visitors with established protocols. Assist office staff with various administrative tasks as needed. Support & assist customer service teams when needed or asked. Other tasks as requested and defined by Leadership Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or equivalent required. Proven administrative or customer service experience; inventory and purchasing experience preferred. Experience and understanding of EDI systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel; QuickBooks experience a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
