Recruiter Location Irving, TX COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $31/hr Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ROLE IMPACT This role supports high-volume hiring of Sales Representatives to help drive revenue growth and market expansion. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates while delivering a strong candidate experience. Success in this role is defined by speed-to-fill, quality of hire, and maintaining clear communication with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and candidate feedback Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring Experience recruiting within insurance or home services industries preferred Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, professional phone presence Preferred Skills Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Experience hiring sales or commission-based roles Strong organizational and time-management skills Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
