Restaurant General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

What We Offer Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Medical, Dental & Vision Employer-paid Basic Life Insurance + Short-Term Disability PTO + Sick Days 401(k) with 3% employer match after one year Career growth and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do Lead all daily restaurant operations, including drive-thru, front counter, and kitchen Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of 15-30 employees Build and maintain proper staffing levels Coach and develop shift leaders and future managers Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs Drive speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance and profitability Create a positive culture built around accountability, teamwork, and recognition What We're Looking For Current or recent Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience required 2+ years of restaurant management experience General Manager experience strongly preferred Strong Assistant General Managers ready for their next step will be considered Experience leading a high-volume and/or drive-thru restaurant Strong understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and restaurant financials Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain employees Strong tenure and career progression ServSafe certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ready for Your Next Step?
