Litigation Across Texas : Attorneys regularly practice in Central and South Texas venues—handling client meetings, depositions, mediations, court hearings, and jury trials. Role Overview Full Spectrum Case Management : From opening files to final disposition, you’ll manage your own caseload. Deposition Expertise : Lead and defend depositions with confidence. Independent Advocacy : Handle hearings independently; draft routine and dispositive motions. Trial Experience : Preferred though not mandatory—you’ll gain trial exposure across Texas courts. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Defense or Personal Injury litigation. Proficiency in depositions, hearings, and drafting motions. Comfort with both independent case responsibility and team collaboration. Excellent written and oral communication, and strong organizational ability.
