About the Day-to-Day:

\n

\n
• Manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care in a patient?centered LDRP model.�
\n
• Address GYN emergencies and perform indicated procedures.�
\n
• Provide supportive backup to CNMs, including occasional clinic coverage in the attached MOB.�
\n
• Assist in complex surgical cases alongside a Gyn Oncologist when needed.�
\n
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high?quality, seamless care for patients and families.
\n

Practice & Facility Highlights:

• Annual deliveries: ~700�
\n
• Team composition: 1 OB Hospitalist, 4 Midwives (growing to 6) + PRN coverage, 2 part?time and 3 full?time OBGYN generalists
\n
• Specialty support: Maternal-Fetal Medicine (nearby), Urogynecology, GYN Oncology, Inpatient Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
\n
• NICU: Level III, 5 beds�
\n
• Unit setup: 6 LDRP rooms in a cohesive, team?oriented unit; 2 Operating Rooms; 10 postpartum beds
\n
