Join us as we continue rewriting the playbook for talent acquisition and building what's next in the future of hiring.Position Summary: As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will own the end-to-end delivery of technical implementations for both new and existing clients. You'll define project requirements, coordinate internal resources, support solution setup, and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing support. This role is ideal for someone who's technically savvy and thrives in a cross-functional environment, working with clients, developers, product managers, and account teams.Key Responsibilities:Own implementation projects from kickoff to go-live - drive timelines, manage milestones, execute the implementation and ensure client successPartner with Account Management and directly with clients to understand needs and translate them into clear technical requirementsCollaborate with Product and Engineering to guide client-specific setup and customizationsOwn the configuration of the software, including hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and QA.Write and maintain customer-facing documentation, onboarding guides, and technical FAQsSupport ongoing solution maintenance, including troubleshooting and small enhancements post-launchConduct discovery sessions and implementation workshops with clientsUse and query PostgreSQL databases to support data migrations, diagnostics, and QAServe as a bridge between client needs and product evolution - gather feedback and contribute to feature prioritizationHelp triage and resolve technical support issues alongside the support teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree required.3–5 years experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, professional services, SaaS customer success, or similar rolesStrong project management skills - ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesExperience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases (writing queries, inspecting data, understanding schemas)Comfort working in and across SaaS platforms, including familiarity with APIs, integrations, and configurationClear and confident communicator - capable of translating technical concepts into user-friendly languageExperience writing documentation or how-to guides for end usersA proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environmentWhat We Offer:Unlimited paid time off2, 1-week shutdowns per yearPaid holidaysCompany paid medical, dental & vision insuranceStrong work-life balanceAt NXTThing RPO we understand that we are at our best when our people can be their authentic selves at work and we are committed to providing an inclusive environment for our team, our clients, and our communities.
