The primary responsibility of this role is to support the delivery of key privacy platforms by leading efforts to ensure comprehensive coverage of applicable regulations, processes, and requirements for the Risk & Operations Management team based in Plano, TX. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Cybersecurity Risk Management, the person in this role will join the Risk & Operations Management team to visualize and reduce Toyota’s technology risk by integrating cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance disciplines. What you’ll be doing Provides functional expertise in the creation, execution, and maintenance of Toyota's privacy technology services Designs and implements integrations and automation to facilitate privacy-related technological processes Delivers business value to Toyota by generating reports for performance analytics, KRIs/KPIs, and managing data imports and exports Works closely with product owners, designers, and platform teams to establish specifications and iteratively deliver features Executes daily tasks with minimal oversight while offering suggestions for improvements upon task completion What you bring Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or at least five years of professional work experience 6–10+ years of experience leading work in agile development environments, with hands‑on experience leveraging CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of North American privacy laws and regulations Proficient in agile development practices with an understanding of multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, NodeJS, AngularJS) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to tailor messages to different audiences (including executive leadership and key stakeholders), presenting it clearly and concisely Added bonus if you have Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline Agile and/or Toyota Production System framework; Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related certifications Security and/or privacy certifications: At least one of the following Security certifications: CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIA, CIPM, CCSP, CIPP, CIPM, CC, CIPT Experience with ServiceNow Experience with Securiti What we’ll bring A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility and respect Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career, as well as tuition reimbursement Team Member Vehicle Purchase Discount Toyota Team Member Lease Vehicle Program (if applicable) Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family Toyota 401(k) Savings Plan featuring a company match, as well as an annual retirement contribution from Toyota regardless of whether you contribute Paid holidays and paid time off Referral services related to prenatal services, adoption, childcare, schools and more Tax Advantaged Accounts (Health Savings Account, Health Care FSA, Dependent Care FSA) Relocation assistance (if applicable) Belonging at Toyota Our success begins and ends with our people.
